Today’s bloat was a doozy! Right after I got home from work, I stuffed my face with three packets of cookies, a foot-long streusel, and two sandwiches. After that I was thirsty, and gulped down a liter of milk and a bottle of water. By the end, my belly was sloshing and bloating constantly by the second with gas. There is construction at my house (you may hear it) so I sadly missed the audio of my tummy gurgling :-( I have a HUGE stuffing planned for next week to make up for it (-;
