"Well, it's been a month and everything seems under control. Your weight gain is something else. I'm concerned for your health. The medication seems to help you control your cholesterol levels, treat your hypothyrodism and reduce your appetite. However, bear in mind that your stomach may have expanded a lot, so you're probably going to gain more weight. You can always pay for a stomach by-pass, but you should talk about this with your endocrinologist. Well, morbid obesity is a disease, but since everything on your blood seems normal, I wouldn't worry about any heart-attacks or so. Yes, but you should talk about that with your endocrinologist... Anyways, I don't think you'll become immobile, if I may, I think you are not too heavy. You can have a completely normal life, with some adjustments, though... OK Miss White, have a nice day and take care, we'll see next week".
